Terry was good. Got right to troubleshooting the problem. Verified that the air handler motor was bad and needed replacement. Aelott called back soon after receipt of trouble reported, and a new motor is scheduled to be installed on this Friday. Good show. You all have been very responsive for about 30 or more years that we have used your services.

The technician, Terry, who came to our house was very professional. Answered all of our questions. Explained to us areas of concern. Provided us with solutions. We had another company come out previously who wanted to replace both of our systems, and it was going to cost us $20,000. The salesman who did come out was very good at sales and had an excellent presentation. We decided to get another company to come out to do a yearly inspection to make sure we were getting an accurate picture. When Terry had finished and discussed with us the problems, I did tell him about the other company, and we discussed the differences between what he saw and what they presented.
